An Announcement from David

Dear Valued Client,

I’m writing to let you know that after 45 years as a working vet I have decided to retire. I have worked all over the world but the last 20 years or so my vocation has been serving the people and pets of Royston. It has been an absolute pleasure and a huge honour. Through my work I have met very many wonderful people who have allowed me to treat their much loved pets. Thank you for entrusting their care to me and my colleagues. I will continue to live in Royston so hopefully I will bump into you socially. When I retire I will definitely be hanging up my stethoscope and so won’t be able to provide veterinary advice anymore.

My plan is to handover The Practice in its entirety to my friends Graeme, Anna and colleagues (some of whom you may already know). I’m confident that they will take great care of you and your pets. They already run a very successful independent (private) Veterinary Hospital at Henlow doing their own out of hours emergency cover and with their excellent facilities are ideally placed to develop Royston Veterinary Centre even further. I’m very pleased that I’m leaving both my clients (you) and my staff in such good hands.

Thank you once again. It has been an honour and pleasure.

David
